Why fish with TRUE Lies? Here is why. We will engage you in an exciting personal fishing adventure. You and your crew will become good at picking the best lures, setting lines, hooking and landing fish. We will coach, help undo tangles and maybe tell a true lie or two. You will like our approach.
TRUE LIES' season Begins May 1. Half day trips: $360 for three ($120/person), $460 for four ($115/person), $525 for five ($105/person) and $570 for six ($95/person). For a full day (8 hours) add $25 per person.
Plan to arrive dockside at 6:30 A.M... earlier if you need to buy fishing licenses. Call 517-339-9107 or 517-648-2049 the night before and we can decide whether to fish Michigan or Ohio. We return to the dock at 1:00 PM or when a limit of fish is boated. Afternoon trips begin at 2:00 PM. or earlier if we can arrange it.
We dock at Toledo Beach Marina, Erie Michigan. Via I-75 north or south. Exit at S Otter Creek Rd. (EXIT 9). Head south on S. Otter Creek Rd. then turn right onto Toledo Beach Rd. Follow the signs into the marina. Bring beverages, sandwiches, sun screen, soft soled shoes and a camera. For more information see Maps and Details.
We furnish iced coolers to keep your catch fresh, bottled water to drink and all fishing lures and tackle. The boat has an enclosed head. If you forgot some provisions, the Grab-N Go has pop and beer, sandwiches and sundries.
