True Lies is a 26 foot Sea Swirl Striper with 8 feet 6 inch beam.

True Lies carries all required passenger safety equipment. There is ample fishing room and a Bimini top to keep our friends cool and shaded. She fishes walleye with two down riggers, 26 rod-holders, planer boards, big fish-keeps, VHS radio, cell phone, a GPS and a Garmin GPS/fish sounder.

Captain Bill Pierce has 31 years experience with the Michigan DNR, 12 years teaching experience at Michigan State University. He has several papers and presentations on Michigan sand dunes. Pierce has fifty years boating and fishing experience.

Mate Nancy Inman has 30 plus years of High School/ Middle School teaching mathematics and chemistry in Michigan and Georgia schools. One of her two daughters has a Masters in Child and Family Counseling and the other a PhD in Environmental Genetics. Nancy has forty years fishing and boating experience.

Mate John Arnsman worked with Great Lakes and wetland regulation during his nearly 30 years with the Michigan DNR and DEQ. He is a licensed trapper and wildlife pest control officer and consults on wetland review and delineation. He has fifty years of fishing and boating experience.
